Frequently Asked Questions

Golo will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

1. Start a Return

Go to Contact page. Enter all your contact information and in the comment put the order number and email address linked to your online order. Complete the steps online to answer your reason for return and if you want an Exchange or Refund.

2. Get Your Return/Exchange Ready 

Place new and unused items in the original package. Please do not combine separate orders into one package and in contrast, do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days.

3. Drop Off Your Package at your local courier (returns will be at your expense)

Drop off your package at a nearby courier location. Golo is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. Keep your tracking number handy so you can track when your return is received. Our return window is 30 days from delivery.
